To reauthorize and make improvements to Federal programs relating to the prevention, detection, and treatment of traumatic brain injuries, and for other purposes.

This bill extends funding through 2030 for government programs that help people with traumatic brain injuries. It gives money to states to track brain injuries and provide services to people living with them, and it funds research and public awareness activities to prevent brain injuries. The bill also requires the government to study the long-term effects of brain injuries and report to Congress about which groups of people are most at risk for these injuries.
