Digital Economy Cybersecurity Advisory Act of 2025

This bill creates a new advisory board within a government telecommunications agency. The board would give recommendations on cybersecurity best practices and policies for internet and communications networks, including how to promote security, remove barriers to innovation, and support economic growth. The board must have between 5 and 25 members with cybersecurity expertise from different sectors like network operators, software vendors, and cybersecurity officers, and they would serve without pay. The board would end four years after the bill becomes law.
