Stop Forced Organ Harvesting Act of 2025

This bill requires the President to create a list of people and organizations that force others to give up their organs or traffic people for organ harvesting. The President must then block these people from entering the U.S. and freeze their property. The bill also lets the State Department take away or refuse passports for people convicted of illegally selling human organs if they used a passport or crossed borders while committing the crime.
