Accelerating Kids’ Access to Care Act of 2025

This bill requires states to create a process that lets certain out-of-state doctors and other healthcare providers treat children under Medicaid and CHIP without going through extra screening requirements. These providers can enroll for five years to treat patients under 21 if they haven't been kicked out of federal health programs and have been approved by Medicare or another state's Medicaid program as low-risk for fraud. The new rules would start three years after the bill becomes law.
