GOOD Act

The GOOD Act requires government agencies to post their guidance documents online on the same day they are created. Agencies must put all their current guidance documents in one place on their website with a clear link to find them. The documents must be organized into categories, and agencies must show when documents are no longer in use. The Government Accountability Office will check how well agencies follow these rules and report back within five years.
