Prevent Interruptions in Physical Therapy Act of 2025

This bill changes Medicare payment rules for physical therapists. Currently, physical therapists can only get paid for services provided by another physical therapist through temporary arrangements if they work in areas that don't have enough medical services, rural areas, or areas short on health professionals. The bill would allow physical therapists to receive Medicare payment for these temporary arrangements anywhere, not just in underserved areas.
