Falun Gong Protection Act

This bill requires the President to block visas and freeze property of foreign people who have knowingly participated in or helped with the involuntary harvesting of organs in China. The sanctions cannot be used on importing goods or certain humanitarian aid transactions. The President's authority to impose these sanctions ends five years after the bill becomes law.
