Let America Vote Act

This bill requires states to let voters who aren't registered with any political party vote in primary elections for federal offices like Congress. These unaffiliated voters can only vote in one party's primary, not multiple parties. States cannot share these voters' information with political parties or treat them as party members on voter registration lists. To receive federal election funding, states must follow these rules about unaffiliated voters and also promise they don't let non-citizens vote in any state or local elections.
