Stop Sexual Harassment in K–12 Act

This bill sets rules for Title IX coordinators in elementary and secondary schools. It requires school districts to have more full-time Title IX coordinators based on how many students they have. The bill also creates a grant program to train teachers and staff on how to respond to signs of sex-based harassment and assault of students. It requires the Department of Education to create a survey about sex-based harassment.
