CATCH Fentanyl Act

This bill creates a test program to improve how border agents inspect vehicles and other transportation at land border crossings to find illegal items like drugs, weapons, and people being smuggled. The program requires testing new technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning, as well as at least five improvements to scanning equipment like X-ray machines that can be used at these border locations.
