Facilitating DIGITAL Applications Act

This bill requires a government agency to regularly report to Congress about whether the Department of the Interior and Forest Service have created online portals for processing applications related to communications equipment on public lands. Communications use authorizations are requests to place or change transmitting devices, support structures, or other communications facilities on public lands or National Forest System land. The agency must report on whether these online portals exist and what problems might prevent creating them, starting with a report within 90 days and then every 60 days until the portals are built.
