Ensuring Access to Medicaid Buy-in Programs Act

This bill would let disabled people over age 65 who are working buy into Medicaid if their state allows it. Right now, only disabled working people between ages 16 and 64 can buy into Medicaid when their income is too high to normally qualify. The bill removes the upper age limit of 64.
