Restoring Faith in Elections Act

This bill sets new rules for voting in federal elections. It requires mail-in ballots to arrive by the time polls close on election day and makes it illegal for most people to collect and return someone else's completed ballot, with some exceptions. The bill also requires states to count all valid ballots within 24 hours after an election and to automatically register eligible voters. States must use the same standards for all voting methods, including checking signatures, and must remove ineligible voters from voter lists before federal elections.
