FIRE Cancer Act of 2025

This bill allows fire departments to use federal grant money to pay for cancer prevention programs for firefighters, such as early cancer screening tests. The bill also creates a new research program where firefighters can choose to share their anonymous cancer test results with health officials so they can study cancer patterns in firefighters.
