Wireless Resiliency and Flexible Investment Act of 2025

This bill changes the rules for how states and local governments handle requests to modify existing cell phone towers and wireless equipment. When someone wants to add, replace, or remove equipment without significantly changing the tower's size, states and localities must approve or deny the request within 60 days. If they don't respond within 60 days, the request is automatically approved. The bill also limits how much paperwork and how many steps states and localities can require from people making these requests.
