First Amendment Accountability Act

This bill would let people sue federal government workers (except the President and Vice President) if those workers violate their First Amendment rights while doing their jobs. The First Amendment protects things like freedom of speech, religion, and peaceful protest. If a federal employee violates these rights while acting as part of their government duties, this bill would create a new way for people to take legal action against them.
