SCREEN Act

This bill requires websites with content that could be harmful to children to check users' ages before allowing access. Websites would need to use technology to verify that users are adults and block minors from seeing harmful content like sexual material. The websites must publish how they check ages and apply these rules to users' internet addresses, including those using VPNs, unless the user is outside the United States. The Federal Trade Commission would audit these websites and enforce the rules.
