Haiti Economic Lift Program Extension Act of 2025

This bill extends special trade rules that allow certain clothing items made in Haiti to enter the United States without paying import taxes. These duty-free rules will continue through 2035, including limits on how much of certain clothing products can qualify for this treatment. The bill also tells the President to make changes to the official trade schedule to restore special treatment to items that lost it due to earlier changes to the system.
