Pell to Grad Act

This bill would let students receive Pell Grants for up to 16 semesters instead of the current limit of 12 semesters. It would also allow graduate students to use leftover Pell Grant money from their undergraduate studies to help pay for their first graduate degree, as long as they meet income requirements. Right now, Pell Grants can only be used by undergraduate students and only for up to 12 semesters.
