Protect Veteran Jobs Act

This bill would allow veterans who were fired or dismissed without cause from government jobs between January 20, 2025, and when this bill becomes law to get their jobs back. These veterans must be able to return to their old jobs or other government jobs they are qualified for. Government agencies would have to report to Congress about veteran employees who were fired or dismissed, including how many were removed and why, through January 20, 2029.
