End FEMA Benefits for Illegal Immigrants Act

This bill would stop the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) from running a program called the Shelter and Services Program. This program gives grants to public and nonprofit organizations to provide temporary shelter, food, transportation, and other services to non-citizen migrants who have been released from government custody while they wait for their immigration court cases. The bill would also take back any unused money that was given to FEMA for this program in 2023 and 2024.
