To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the Stop, Observe, Ask, and Respond to Health and Wellness Training Program.

This bill extends funding through 2030 for a program called SOAR to Health and Wellness, which is run by the Department of Health and Human Services. The program trains health care workers and social service providers to recognize and help people who have been affected by or are at risk of human trafficking.
