Make SWAPs Efficient Act of 2025

This bill changes rules for a federal program that gives money to states for wildlife conservation projects. Currently, there is no deadline for the Department of the Interior to approve state wildlife conservation plans. The bill requires the Department to approve these plans within 180 days if they meet program requirements. If the Department misses this deadline, the state's plan is automatically approved and the state gets its funding set aside.
