Guarding Readiness Resources Act

This bill changes how the National Guard Bureau handles money it receives from states and territories when they reimburse the federal government for using military equipment. The money must be put back into the same military accounts that originally paid for the expenses, or into current accounts used for similar purposes. The Defense Department can only use these reimbursement funds to repair, maintain, replace, or perform similar work on military equipment that National Guard units use when they are activated by their state governments.
