Tribal Labor Sovereignty Act of 2025

This bill would exempt Indian tribes and tribal businesses on tribal land from following the National Labor Relations Act. The National Labor Relations Act currently requires employers to avoid unfair labor practices and allow employees to form unions, bargain collectively, and take group action. Under this bill, tribes and tribal enterprises would no longer have to follow these rules.
