Bolts Ditch Act

This bill lets two water organizations — the Eagle River Water and Sanitation District and the Upper Eagle Regional Water Authority — use a water channel called the Bolts Ditch and its control gate located inside the Holy Cross Wilderness area in Colorado. These organizations would be allowed to redirect water through the ditch and take care of any needed maintenance and repairs on the ditch and its gate.
