Standard FEES Act

This bill requires the General Services Administration to create a standard set of fees that all federal agencies must use when companies or individuals apply to put communications equipment on or in federal buildings and property. The fees must be based on the actual costs of reviewing these applications and must be fair compared to fees charged for similar uses of federal property. Agencies can only use the money they collect from these fees to pay for processing the applications, and only if Congress has already approved funding for this purpose.
