Consequences for Social Security Fraud Act

This bill would make it so that people who are not U.S. citizens could be prevented from entering the United States or removed from the country if they have been convicted of or admit to certain types of fraud. The specific fraud crimes covered are Social Security fraud, identification document fraud, or fraud related to COVID-19 financial assistance programs.
