American Apprenticeship Act

This bill lets the Department of Labor give money to states to help cover the costs of training and instruction for apprenticeship programs. The Department of Labor would also have to set up ways to measure how well the program is working and look into which jobs are in high demand but don't currently use apprenticeships, then report those findings to states and Congress.
