ARCH Act

This bill extends two Medicare programs that give extra payments to small rural hospitals through 2031. One program helps hospitals that treat many Medicare patients, and the other helps hospitals that don't treat very many patients overall. The bill also requires a government office to write a report about how many hospitals get these special payment classifications.
