GRANTED Act of 2025

This bill says that when someone applies to put up or keep telecommunications equipment, like antennas, on federal property, the federal agency in charge must make a decision on the application within 270 days. If the agency does not act within that time, the application is automatically approved. The bill also clarifies when an application counts as "complete" and "received" — for example, if the agency doesn't tell the applicant about any problems with their application within 30 days, it is considered complete.
