IHE Nonprofit Clarity Act

This bill says that if the IRS already recognizes a college or university as a tax-exempt nonprofit organization, then the Department of Education must also recognize that same school as a nonprofit college or university. The bill makes sure both agencies use the same nonprofit status for these schools.
