Hershel Woody Williams National Medal of Honor Monument Location Act

This bill requires that a monument honoring Medal of Honor recipients must be built in a specific area of the National Mall in Washington, D.C. The monument must be placed in the Reserve, which is the main area of the Mall that stretches from the Capitol building to the Lincoln Memorial and from the White House to the Jefferson Memorial.
