To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to remove in-person requirements under Medicare for mental health services furnished through telehealth and telecommunications technology.

This bill would permanently allow Medicare patients to receive mental health services through telehealth without having to meet with their provider in person first. Currently, Medicare requires an in-person visit before covering mental health telehealth services, but this bill would eliminate that requirement forever.
