SEND THEM BACK Act of 2025

This bill would require the immediate removal of non-U.S. citizens who entered the country illegally on or after January 20, 2021, without additional hearings or reviews. This would apply even to people who said they wanted to seek asylum or were afraid of persecution. The bill would not apply to individuals who were serving in the Armed Forces as of January 1, 2025.
