Pay Our Border Patrol and Customs Agents Act of 2025

This bill would provide money to pay Border Patrol agents and Customs officers who have to keep working during a government shutdown in 2025. When the government shuts down, these workers are required to stay on the job but normally don't get paid until the shutdown ends. This bill would make sure they get their salaries during the shutdown.
