Amtrak Executive Bonus Disclosure Act

This bill requires Amtrak to publicly report how much money it pays its top executives each year, including both their regular salary and any bonus pay. Amtrak must explain what standards and measurements they use to decide on bonus payments. This information must be included in Amtrak's yearly report to Congress and posted on Amtrak's website for the public to see.
