Access to Pediatric Technologies Act of 2025

This bill requires Medicare to create special payment rules for certain medical devices used mainly for children. To qualify, a device must be covered by Medicare, approved by the FDA, currently using a temporary billing code, and mostly used for kids. When a device manufacturer asks, Medicare must figure out how much to pay for these devices based on available information like pricing and claims data. Companies must provide the necessary information when they make these requests.
