Venue Named Under Exception Act

This bill changes the rules about which court handles criminal cases that happen on federal property in the Washington, DC area and nearby parts of Maryland and Virginia. Instead of automatically going to court in DC, these cases would now go to court in the area where the person accused of the crime last lived. If nobody knows where the accused person last lived, then the case can still go to court in DC.
