BAH Restoration Act

This bill changes how the military calculates housing allowances for service members stationed in the United States. Currently, the housing allowance is based on the difference between local housing costs and a percentage of national average housing costs. Under this bill, service members would receive the full amount of what adequate housing costs in their specific area, based on their pay grade and whether they have dependents.
