End Veteran Homelessness Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide case management services to veterans who are eligible for a housing program called HUD-VASH, which helps homeless veterans get housing. The VA must focus on helping the most vulnerable homeless veterans first. If a veteran refuses case management help, they cannot lose their housing assistance or be evicted just because of that refusal. The bill also expands who can get HUD-VASH help to include any homeless veteran or veteran at risk of becoming homeless, not just those with mental illness or substance use problems like current law requires.
