Lake Winnibigoshish Land Exchange Act of 2025

This bill tells the Forest Service to trade some land along Lake Winnibigoshish in Minnesota's Chippewa National Forest with a company called Big Winnie Land and Timber, LLC, if the company wants to make the trade. The Forest Service would get the company's land and add it to the national forest. The bill sets up rules for the trade, including that the company must do an environmental check on its land first, the land values must be equal or made equal with cash, and the company must pay all the costs to complete the trade.
