No Pay for Congress During Default or Shutdown Act

This bill would stop paying members of Congress when the government reaches its debt limit or shuts down. During the current Congress, any salary earned during these times would be held and given to members at the end of their term. In future Congresses, members would not be paid at all for days when these events happen. Some exceptions apply to this rule.
