MATCH IT Act of 2025

The bill also requires developing a minimum set of data that technology systems must use to achieve a 99.9% patient match rate, and creating incentives under Medicare for healthcare providers who meet high patient matching standards. Additionally, it establishes a voluntary program where providers can report their patient matching data anonymously to help track improvements over time.
