Iran Sanctions Relief Review Act of 2025

This bill limits the President's ability to lift or ease sanctions on Iran without Congress being involved. Before the President can remove sanctions, waive them, or take other major actions related to Iran, the President must send a report to Congress explaining what they want to do and why. Congress then gets 30 to 60 days to review the report and vote on whether to approve or reject the action. During that review period, the President cannot move forward unless Congress votes to approve it, and if Congress votes against it, the President is blocked from taking the action.
