Commission to Relocate the Federal Bureaucracy Act

This bill creates a commission to study moving federal government agencies that are not related to national security from the Washington, DC area to other parts of the United States. The commission would have one year to give Congress a report with recommendations about which agencies should be moved and where they should go.
