To provide for the reliquidation of certain entries of golf cart tires.

This bill requires U.S. Customs and Border Protection to recalculate the duties on certain golf cart tires that were imported during specific time periods. Within 90 days of the bill becoming law, customs must redo the calculations for K389 Hole-N-One golf cart tires using the correct duty rate, which is free. The agency must also refund any duties that were previously paid on these tire imports, plus interest.
