Open RAN Outreach Act

This bill requires a government agency to reach out to small communication companies and help them learn about Open RAN technology, which is a standardized way to build networks using equipment that works together from different manufacturers. The agency must also help these small companies understand how to participate in a grant program that provides money for developing and using Open RAN technology.
