Protecting the Right to Keep and Bear Arms Act of 2025

This bill stops the President or the Department of Health and Human Services from declaring emergencies or disasters just to put gun control rules in place. It also prevents federal workers or anyone getting federal money from banning guns, ammunition, or gun accessories during disaster or emergency response efforts. The bill says these bans cannot apply to weapons covered by the Second Amendment.
