Pink Tariffs Study Act

This bill requires the Treasury Department to study whether U.S. tariffs are unfair in certain ways and report their findings to Congress. The study must look at whether tariffs are higher on everyday consumer products compared to luxury items, and whether tariffs are higher on women's clothing compared to men's clothing. Treasury must work with customs officials and trade agencies to complete this study.
